Holiday Spirits

So as I've previously mentioned yesterday in my last post. My holiday coming up in less than 5 weeks, 36 days to be exact (yes I’m really counting down the day’s haha) and everything's really beginning to really come together. I cannot stress you guys how much my excitement has sky rocketed just recently. My travelling mates and I have finally got down to locking in our accommodations for every country we’re stopping by and we’ve also got around to roughly sorting out the basic itinerary plans for the trip. The part of meeting up with these guys and simply just discussing bits and pieces of our plans is always the worst. I just want to be on that flight already! I haven’t been able to sit still or contain myself during our meetings, it's just getting way to close now and I know this trip is definitely going to be the first of many to come in future. It's actually the first real big trip I've organised without family and the purpose of the trip is to simply spill drinks and relax! But of course my bank digits are decreasing faster than expected with the extra expenses that I’ve total forgotten to organise such as fixing up my passport, travel insurance and even vaccinations which I've gotten that over and done with earlier today. My arms feel heavier than ever, but wow they’re not as cheap as expected. But there’s still only very little left that needs to be organised and now with most things all covered and organised the focus is to try and save plenty of spending money.

I might as well share few of my ever so exciting highlights of the trip itinerary that we’ve locked in so far:

Melbourne: unfortunately my mate made the accidental mistake of booking our airfares to Avalon airport instead of Tullamarine airport in Melbourne, which is only going to take us an additional hour or so longer. With only one night in Melbourne we thought we'd make the crazy attempt to fly out late evening (considering most of us still has work until the late hours) before being all dolled up and ready for clubbing and then head directly for Melbourne in time for an all nighter out before flying out to Malaysia next morning. But with the dramas of the location of the airport our best bet was to hire ourselves a car and drive straight from Avalon airport for the city, which will only also save us money for a night’s hotel expense. So that'll be something rather interesting to start off our holiday with. Almost like a mini road trip in another state. Destination… All nighter in Melbourne Clubbing! Haha.

Malaysia: Hiring a Limousine for a night to take us directly to our hotel located by a mountain cliff with a joint casino.

Thailand: Staying 3 nights in Phuket first, our luxurious hotel room has a heated plunge pool in our very own 3 bedroom room!

We’ve unintentionally booked the right time to go to Thailand and lucky enough the Full moon Festival on Koh Sumai Island will be happening mid week during our stay in Thailand. So who would be crazy enough to miss this occasion? Buckets full of alcohol beverages here we come!

Hong Kong: Staying in Macau our First night at the gorgeous Venetian Macao Resort Hotel. It’s going to be like the Asian version of Vegas! Let’s see how I go with managing to win something for some extra spending money ;)

And of course Disneyland! Self explanatory enough. If we get the chance I’m hoping we’d be able to check out Ocean Park also. It'll all just depend how immersed in shopping we'll be haha.

Queensland: We're still tossing up the idea of whether to hit a theme park on our final night. It'll all depend how we feel I suppose and of course how much money still remains haha.

Apart from plenty of clubbing, wining, dining, water sports, sight seeing and shopping these were just the minimal few highlights of what’s going to be one crazy trip… so you could only understand how excited I become every time I receive a new email daily with all these updated plans added to the itinerary. It makes opening up these emails ever so intensifying as ever, and it’s been difficult to suppress the excitement. It’s only escalated it much further than it has already.
