Golden Coast Moments

In the blink of an eye it was already the final day of my weekend in Queensland with my friends before having to fly home later that afternoon back home to Sydney. After a nice long breakfast at a nearby cafĂ© we spent the remainder of our hours taking a final stroll along Surfers paradise, grabbing ice-cream, final shopping and basking in the sea water air by the beach. We even manage to fit in visiting a popular small leisure attraction called ‘Infinity’. It was basically like a technologically enhanced amusement maze centre where you walk through and basically the whole aim of the attraction is to make you feel like you are walking through different galaxies and at some points it was like a haunted house. We were made to wear white gloves and white cloths over our shoes to enhance the UV lighting to help guide ourselves through this maze-like venue. It was very cool. The lights were definitely trippy, some rooms were just creepy and dark, others were just hilariously fun because there was a moment I felt like I was inside someone’s intestines or something because the walls were so squishy and felt as if I was getting eaten alive, and there was even another room filled with massive balls for simply just kicking around. Great fun, which lasted about an hour before having to head straight for the airport home back to Sydney. Once again, another short holiday over so quickly!
